Cookie Policy
Short version: the public website uses cookieless PostHog analytics. It does not store analytics cookies or build identified visitor profiles.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. The public site
Pages under fundedground.org set no cookies. PostHog records anonymous page views, traffic sources, deal-link clicks, outbound-link clicks and coupon-copy actions. It runs in cookieless mode, with person profiles and session recording disabled. We do not use advertising pixels or fingerprinting.
Under the EU/UK ePrivacy rules (and equivalent guidance elsewhere), a consent banner is only required when a site stores or reads information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary. Our analytics configuration does not store identifiers on your device, so no analytics-cookie banner is shown. We also respect browser Do Not Track signals.
2. The admin area
The separate administrative area (used only by the site operator, on a different subdomain) uses a single strictly-necessary cookie:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Admin session cookie | Keeps the operator signed in to the content-management area. Essential for that area to function; never used for tracking. | Expires at the end of the session / a short fixed period. |
This cookie is not set for ordinary visitors to the public site.
3. Third-party embeds
The public site currently embeds no third-party video players, maps, social widgets or comment systems, so no third-party cookies are set through it. Outbound links to prop-firm websites take you to those firms, which have their own cookie and privacy policies.
4. If this changes
If we ever add cookies, personalised analytics, embedded media or other non-essential technologies, we will update this page, list each item and its purpose, and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one before anything non-essential loads.
