Funded Ground is a free comparison site. We do not sell evaluations, subscriptions, courses or any other product, and we never ask for your card details. If a page ever appears to ask you to pay Funded Ground for something, do not proceed and please let us know.

Buying an evaluation from a prop firm

When you buy a challenge or evaluation, that purchase is a contract between you and the prop firm — it happens on the firm’s own website, through its own checkout and payment processor. Any refund, cancellation, cooling-off right or chargeback is governed by that firm’s refund policy and terms, plus any consumer rights you have in your country.

What to do if you want a refund

• Read the firm’s own refund / terms page before you buy — refund rules vary a lot between firms.
• Contact the firm’s support directly with your order details.
• If you paid by card and cannot resolve it, you may be able to raise the matter with your card provider.

Funded Ground cannot issue refunds for third-party purchases, cannot access your order with a firm, and is not a party to that contract. We can point you to a firm’s published terms, but we can’t intervene in a dispute.
