1. What Funded Ground is

Funded Ground is an independent information and comparison website about proprietary-trading (“prop”) firms. We publish firm details, programme rules, pricing, published payout terms and community reviews so you can compare options. We are not a prop firm, broker, introducing broker, or financial services provider, and we do not operate trading accounts or handle client funds.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy any evaluation or use any firm. Content is general information only. Prop-firm evaluations and trading in futures, forex and CFDs carry a high risk of loss. See our Risk Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek advice from a licensed professional where appropriate.

3. Affiliate links

Some outbound links — typically the “Get deal” and /go/… links — are affiliate or referral links. We may earn a commission if you sign up with a firm through them, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect our rankings, ratings or which firms we list. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Accuracy

Prop firms change their rules, pricing and offers frequently. We work to keep information current and cite sources, but we cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or up to date. Always confirm the current terms, eligibility and price on the firm’s own website before paying for anything. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on information here.

5. Reviews and other user content

When you submit a review you confirm that it is your own genuine experience, is truthful, and does not contain confidential information, personal data about others, defamatory statements, spam or promotional material. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, store, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, translate and remove your submission and any images you attach. We moderate submissions and may decline or remove any content at our discretion. You can ask us to remove your review at any time via Contact.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and original graphics are owned by the operator. Firm names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and comparison only. Their use does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement unless we state otherwise. Hero imagery on the site is AI-generated.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, submit false reviews, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access for misuse.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, trading losses, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the site.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may modify or discontinue the site at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
